Be careful, some of those selling you intimate services (to foreigners) in the country are being used by criminal organizations as well as officials involved in relevant crimes, as in many other places in the world, but in worse version and scale here.
Filipinos are friendly and very welcoming of foreigners, especially Japanese and western nationals. They know they came from countries with highly respectable governments and advanced societies, whose officials do not casually rob the many millions of their citizens of their welfare and future, at least not as bad as it is here in this country.
If you can demonstrate your good intentions and can provide well for the family of your desired prospect girlfriend, you will be welcomed and desired too. You will have to spend for the family, even relatives of your girlfriend or wife, but you will be loved and appreciated. You don't easily find the good kinds and trustworthy ones in places frequented by foreign nationals or where sex are casually offered.
